Re: Bid Proposal For Existing Commercial Kitchen Expansion (925 sft)

To Whom It May Concern:

JKYog is accepting proposals for the above referenced project.  Bid deadline is January 15, 2021. 


​SCOPE:

The purpose of this project is to expand the existing commercial kitchen in the facility.  This work will require modification of approximately 925 sq.ft. of existing meeting hall space on the 1st floor adjacent to the kitchen, including systems to accommodate new kitchen equipment.  

Key components of this project include but not limited to:  reconfiguration of HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, fire suppression, fire sprinkler and plumbing, grease trap, installation of new MEP systems, to accommodate specific kitchen expansion design and new equipment.  Also includes adding kitchen exhaust to rooftop, coring walls and floors for pass throughs, fire stopping, insulation, drywall/ceiling work, paint, door/hardware.

BID SUBMITTAL REQMTS:

Bids must be accompanied by a completed Bid Form and Reference Form, legibly printed or typed and signed in ink.

All bids must include all requested work items, conform to project standards and specifications, and be responsive, accurate, and cost reasonable. 

The owners, JKYog, will select the contractors to perform the construction work required and the contracts will be executed between owner and selected contractors.  Owner has the right to reject any or all bids at their sole discretion.

TAX EXEMPT STATUS:

Please also note that this project is tax exempt


PROJECT SCHEDULE:
Work is anticipated to begin at the beginning of February 2021 and all work is anticipated to be completed by April 15th, 2021.
